Nokia’s new typeface designed for screens


Mobile phone maker Nokia has just unveiled a new corporate typeface. The challenge was to develop a font versatile enough to work in the company's marketing materials—and also be legible on small mobile screens. According to Nokia, "The typeface literally sets the tone. In many ways, it’s the touchstone for every other visual element in the branding palette." Nokia developed the font with typographer Bruno Maag. Read more in this Nokia blog post.
